GERVAIS & VINE WINE CLUB
Wine Club Sign Up Sheet 
How it works: Every month, the staff will carefully choose two (sometimes three) wines from areas around the world. Usually, these will be wines you are less familiar with or are from vineyards and wineries you haven't heard of, yet. We will also provide you with tasting notes and recipes that compliment the wines, so you can learn more about the wines and how they pair with food. You can join for three, six or twelve months and pay only $29 per month. You do not have to join the club in order to get the wines, however, the non-member price for the monthly wines is usually between $35 and up to $60 (and you don't get any of the cool free stuff.) Depending on the length of your membership, you will also enjoy other benefits from The Club. A Three Month Membership entitles you to a $10 Gift Certificate to Gervais & Vine*, Wine Tasting Discounts and invitations to the Members Only Tastings during your membership. A Six Month Membership entitles you to a $15 Gift Certificate to Gervais & Vine, two pieces of Cardinal Stemware*, Tasting Discounts and invitations to the Members Only Tastings during your membership. A Twelve Month Membership entitles you to a $20 Gift Certificate to Gervais & Vine, six pieces of Cardinal Stemware*, Tasting Discounts and invitations to the Members Only Tastings during your membership over $60 worth of stuff! In addition to all this, you will get an automatic 10% off of all purchases of additional Wine of the Month selections. Your credit card will be charged on (or around) the 15th of each month. We will hold your wine for 30 days unless other arrangements have been made. * Gift Cards and Stemware are available to first-time members. Renewals will receive a free bottle of wine.
